The ABA Presidential Award is the highest honor conferred by the President of the American Bridge Association. It recognizes individuals whose outstanding service, leadership, and dedication have made a significant and lasting contribution to the ABA and to the game of bridge.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria

  • Current ABA member in good standing at the time of nomination
  • Demonstrated exceptional service or leadership to the ABA or the bridge community
  • Contributions may include organizational leadership, tournament excellence, community outreach, or significant volunteer service
  • Nominees may be put forward by any ABA member, club, or unit in good standing
  • Recipients are selected at the sole discretion of the ABA President

Nomination Process

Step 1

Complete the Form

Fill out the application form in full, including all required supporting information.

Step 3

Submit Nomination

Submit the completed form to the ABA National Office by the posted deadline.

Step 4

Review & Award

The ABA President reviews all nominations; recipients are notified and honored at a National Tournament.
